Typos[edit]

Do we really need the section on typos? Its a joke/parody after all, surely bad grammar is part of the joke?

I came here to say exactly that! We hardly need a pedanic examination of pronunciation problems due to the wrong accent mark being used! It is a parody book designed to appear funny to English-language readers. Putting in a few accent marks makes it look authentic therefore funnier. The gags would not work if they simply called the city "Pollution". Asa01 00:02, 3 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

So what? Molvania can have a typos section and San Sombrero can't? But the whole idea of a typo section is to show what is a typo, and by the way Pollution in spanish is contaminación. Australian Jezza 09:26, 13 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Article is about the book[edit]

Article opener changed as this article is about the book and not just the country. The fictional country is within the book. The article goes beyond the fictional country describing items of the travel guide unrelated to the country (adverts for other travel guides). Format (talk) 23:43, 6 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
