Biographical information found on personal primary sources. Are there other sources that contain her information such as publishers, newspaper articles or other third party sites? I am proceeding to find out.

Mason Benning Peer Review[edit]

Your first sentence might be a close paraphrase of the source.

I think your first source is her personal website which would probably be a primary source, consider finding a different source.

Small grammar thing -- periods should go before citations, not after.

I would like to see more on her works. What exactly does she do beyond being a "multidisciplinary artist?" There is little information on the actual art she does except for her writing a book (which is great). Maybe reference some other specific work she's done.

Good to see that you have a Reception section. Would be interested to see what people say about her work.

You can re-use sources rather than list them multiple times. If you want to do that you click on the same button to cite then switch from Automatic to Re-Use and click on the source you want to re-use.

Hope this helps, Good luck! Mbenn786 (talk) 18:20, 22 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Katy's Peer Review[edit]

She is an curator, does she own a museum? Is she a keeper of her culture stories? Having this be part of who she is without having any other info for this part is not needed, unless you can find what she is an curator for. just a sentence would do. Is it her art work that contains her themes that she covers or is it her writing or is it both? Some clarity here.

Within her works section, there isn't a place where the reader sees the names of her art works what she has made, could add some of her art works names to help the reader.

You have said that she is an educator, where does she teach? Who does she teach? Is she a teacher? This could be have a little bit more detail.

You have also said that she is a writer, who does she write for, what works has she written.

Most of the things i have mention is to put just a little bit more detail on who she is known for, because the lead line tells the reader what she has done but further down doesn't tell the details. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Katy8i8 (talkcontribs) 18:26, 22 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Citations[edit]

Lots of self published sources were used in this BLP, including the artist's own CV. Please view Wikipedia:Reliable sources to read more about this topic and in order to correct this issue. Also some questionable and/or uncited facts, like the details of her educational degrees - which will need to either be removed or have reliable citation.Jooojay (talk) 18:20, 5 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Just a note, typically we don't use PhD candidate profiles as a source, you can read more at WP:RS and WP:BLP. Jooojay (talk) 20:14, 17 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
