Strange that evil & good dragon Gods get unique types, but the neutral does not. Perhaps halfway between a unique substance (such as Bahamut the Platinum) and multiples including all the colors of its race (as Tiamat the many headed all-chromatic) would be to make the neutral dragon God a Harlequin Opal, shimmering of all the gems, but being one unique substance, and having half the qualities of the God of good dragons and half the God of evil dragons in what substance is thus maintained thereby.
