Satipo airport is most likely closed.[edit]
The remaining 510 metres has brush growing on the northeast end. The agricultural purpose mentioned in the article is farmers sun-drying produce (possibly coffee beans) on tarps laid out on the runway clear space. This is verified by Google Street View, which had a photo car run through the town in 2014. Cptmrmcmillan (talk) 22:34, 23 October 2016 (UTC)
