This template post is a bit misleading - confusing for sure! I went to see what vandal had done what to teh page by scanning the investigation subpage WP:Contributor copyright investigations/Superzohar. The title of Sberbank of Russia isnt even mentioned. The "earlier text" consists of this one, a change in relevant wikiproject and evaluation on the talk page! The blocked user in question made no face page edits at all, so this template is rather irrelevant.--Wuerzele (talk) 18:21, 11 November 2015 (UTC)

40 consecutive edits without editsummary, many problematic

I checked the 40 consecutive edits from 6 Nov until today, by new editor Dio77dio, whom i have welcomed to WP.

All but one mobile edit are without edit summary, which makes checking more difficult.

Besides laudably adding sources, though exclusively in Russian, which makes fact checking for me impossible, I see several deletions that I find suspicious:

  • here the lede was rewritten
  • here the banks aka name was deleted
  • here two entire sourced sections, Largest financing projects, Subsidiaries disappeared, and another unsourced section of Export Credit Agencies relationships
  • here bloomberg source was deleted as doubtful. ( in the only edit with summary)- instead of adding a CN tag the fact stayed , just like
  • here under Ukrainian accusation of funding for terrorism in Ukraine all sources deleted, instead of tagged
  • just like here
  • here four sources, also in Russian, were cut. I could legitimately revert it as 'unexplained deletion of sourced material'- one was even archived. at the very least readers deserve to know why this had to go
    • Как достичь конкурентных преимуществ на рынке платежей. В. В. Насочевский. Методический журнал «Банковский ритейл». № 3/2006. (in Russian)

  • and here is a suggestion as to why these critical sources were cut: "In the subsequent years, Sberbank has introduced new services and improved the quality of some of its existing services. My mid-2010s, the bank was among the market leaders in the quality of some client services, such as..."

Hello Wuerzele! Thank you for your comments about this page and provided guides, really appreciate it.
  • I could only find the history of Sberbank in Russian on their two relevant websites, so had to link to them.
  • The lead is now more general and similar to those of other banks
  • The aka name of the Central Bank of Russia – a stylistic change, to shorten the sentence
  • The Largest Financing Projects section is outdated and seemed too detailed; Subsidiaries has been transformed into International Presence
