Spruce Creek watershed history, broken link and proposed fix[edit]

The reference "Culture and Community of Spruce Creek" appears to have a broken link. Maybe the link could be changed from

http://departments.juniata.edu/geology/sprucecreek/Spruce%20Creek%20Assessment%20PSU/07_Chapter%205_Culture%20and%20Community.pdf

to

https://mch2o.com/images/Penn%20State/CWS/07_Chapter%205_Culture%20and%20Community.pdf

The table of contents for the document is

https://mch2o.com/images/Penn%20State/CWS/01_Table%20of%20Contents.pdf

and the parent page is

https://mch2o.com/Penn%20State.htm

However, https://mch2o.com/index.html implies that the site is run by one person, so I don't know if the link(s) would look adequate for Wikipedia.

Within the document, the title and relevant subtitles are

"Spruce Creek Watershed Assessment and Stewardship Plan"
  "Chapter 5: Culture and Community"
    "SPRUCE CREEK WATERSHED"
      "HISTORY"

Therefore, maybe the title in the Wikipedia article reference could be changed to something like "Spruce Creek Watershed History."

I'm not going to edit the Wikipedia article on Scotia. Someone else could do that if it seems appropriate. Mecanoge (talk) 16:03, 6 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
