It says here

He was elected to the World Economic Forum's "Global Leaders of Tomorrow,"

I've failed to find out when; the WEF doesn't seem to have a full list of them, and the reference to NYU's page isn't dated. He's 59 now, which would seem to limit the amount of tomorrow when he can be a leader.
