Fair use rationale for Image:IRN-BRU-SFL-logo web.jpg[edit]

Image:IRN-BRU-SFL-logo web.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Removing link from SSD (disambiguation)[edit]

Per the guidelines in MOS:DAB and WP:DABNOT. If someone can find verifyable sources and adds SSD to the article they can also add this article back into SSD (disambiguation). § Music Sorter § (talk) 00:17, 3 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Stranraer[edit]

Aren't Stranraer F.C. in the Scottish Football League Third Division for 2012/13? If so, this page needs updating (the map appears to have been updated already, but the list of clubs for both divisions, and the map for the Third Division haven't been). Airdrie United F.C. are missing from the list on this page. Skinsmoke (talk) 05:43, 14 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Strange verb tense[edit]

Most of the intro, and much of the rest of the article, are written in the past tense, which suggests that the Second Division no longer exists. The article should start by describing the present (e.g., "The Scottish Football League Second Division is ..."), not past ("The Scottish Football League Second Division was ... "). Also, a quick read didn't make clear to me whether the article is describing the present in a strange, past-tense way, in which case all we need to do is change the verb tense, or if the current reality differs from the description of the way things used to be. I'm willing to attempt a major rewrite, but, before I do, I wanted to find out whether there is some good reason for this style. Rks13 (talk) 16:20, 15 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Upon further review, I figured out that the reason for the strange tense is that the league no longer exists. So, the article needs to make that much clearer, with a sentence or two in the intro and a completely different "Current status" section. Again, I'm willing to try, but someone who actually knows something about this topic might be a better editor. Rks13 (talk) 16:31, 15 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
