climate data[edit]

I disagree that my recent edit is original research as the source does in fact specifically state that the trait is common to the Western USA. I could use a wording that more narrowly reflects the source if you feel that would be more appropriate. However you seem to also say that it is irrelevant in any case because it is not helpful to readers wanting to learn about this town specifically .... i disagree there too, but I'll leave it be for now.
