Fair use rationale for Image:Donovan-Sunshine Superman.jpg

Image:Donovan-Sunshine Superman.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. nate what?

I removed this (non)sentence from the main article. Finch points to a page about the songbird. If it means anything other than a joke, it needs to be comprehensibly rewritten:

• Finch covered the song on Buzznet in 2008. It was just nate on an online broadcast. You can find it on Buzznet's website or on Youtube

Simpsons

The song was played over the end credits of the Gus Van Sant movie To Die For. It was featured in the House, M. D. episode "Words and Deeds" and in the witchcraft-themed Simpsons episode "Rednecks and Broomsticks".

The Simpsons is a direct reference to To Die For, which features Lisa ice-skating as Ileana Douglas did in To Die For, to the song. 12.162.122.5 (talk) 19:37, 26 October 2011 (UTC)

More than one Donovan recording?

OK, it's been going on half a century, but I'm sure that at one time I had two different versions by Donovan. The feel was somewhat different, but what stands out in memory is that one said "beatniks out to make it rich" and the other said "hippies". I'm querying here because that's really all I remember.
