- Including the artists name is usually only done if there is more than one song (that has an article) with the same title. Song title disambiguation goes like this: 1)Song name 2)Song name with (song) if it's not the only article with that name 3)Song name with (artist song) if there is more than 1 song with the same name and they each have articles. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use.
