Correcting definitions of Secondary Poverty[edit]
I'm planning to correct the definition of Secondary Poverty to bring it in line with those in Rowntree's Book Poverty and to say it is people whose income is enough for them to be above the poverty line but they spend it on something else so they live below the poverty line.
