PR parties?[edit]

Do we know the Puerto Rican political parties with which the Secretaries have been associated? Presumably they often would be the same as the appointing Governor, although I'd venture that there are exceptions. Qqqqqq (talk) 05:35, 25 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I've added local party affiliations to their national party affiliations. While all PDP's are Democrats, and all Republicans are NPP's, several NPP's are Democrats, such as Paniagua, Burgos and MacClintock Pr4ever (talk) 12:55, 2 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Brilliant. I was thinking, though, of shading the rows to reflect the PR, rather than the U.S., parties, since those are more relevant to the office. Would you be opposed? Qqqqqq (talk) 16:46, 2 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Merge[edit]

I propose merging this article with Secretary of State of Puerto Rico.

I would not be opposed but the other article requires multiple grammatical corrections and care should be taken while merging since this article is better written and laid out than the other one. Good idea, hanncommander! - Pr4ever (talk) 10:49, 30 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I noticed that as well, Pr4ever. I'll watch out for your suggestions when I start editing. hanncommander (talk) 19:05, 7 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]
