Exiting or Leaving[edit]

Can someone link to the "official announcement" that indicates it is Secretary of State for Exiting the European Union and not Secretary of State for Leaving the Euopean Union? New article for Department for Exiting the European Union?[edit]

As the dept is now listed on GOV.UK (https://www.gov.uk/government/organisations/department-for-exiting-the-european-union) with its own permanent secretary etc. wouldn't it make more sense if it had its own Wikipedia page akin to other departments, rather than having 'Department for Exiting the European Union' redirect here?
