This "algorithm" is apparently a commercial product. I just added an {{Advert}} tag. It isn't as bad as many cruder forms of advertising, but really says almost nothing about the "algorithm" other than listing numerous reasons (including faintly menacing legal ones) why the reader should be paying for these services. In fact, description of the "algorithm" itself is so vague that it is difficult to even say if it is, in fact, an algorithm!

To clean this up to the usual Cryptography Portal standards, someone familiar with this algorithm needs to give a technical description, and preferably the ways it differs from other digital notary, trusted timestamping or secure logging protocols.
