Cisco 79xx phones and SRTP[edit]

While I am no expert, I do know that the 7921 wireless phone from Cisco supports SRTP. That said, there may be other wired IP phones which also support the feature.

Deletion of the tables and of links[edit]

Those tables looked great, but they are doomed to be incomplete and are superfluous as of Comparison of VoIP software. In my eyes they were used as justify lots of linkspam. --Kgfleischmann (talk) 19:36, 26 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Authentication[edit]

The RFC clearly stated the authentication tag is calculated over the entire header + payload. This wiki article suggests it's calculated over selected parts of the header + the payload. This may be true for some implementations, particularly those implementations which expect packet modification by mixers etc. However, shouldn't the Wiki page record the RFC description?
