Recent move[edit]

This article has just been moved, without prior discussion and contrary to WP:COMMONNAME from the English form of the title to the French. I propose that it be moved back. This is the English Wikipedia, not the French Wikipedia. Not only is the work published under the English form, and referred to as such in all English-language sources that I am aware of, but this is a generic title (like "Symphony", "Sonata", and "String Quartet"), which would be rendered in English form even if it were published by a French house. Not to mention that it is a bastardized title, half French and half English. The correct French form would be "Sérénade en la".—Jerome Kohl (talk) 03:55, 7 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]
