Rename and broaden scope

This page has been dormant for a long time, and there isn't enough material about what has been termed "devastation". On the other hand, it represents a significant even in the history of Manipur, which can be covered with a changed title Burmese invasions of Manipur, similar to Burmese invasions of Assam. Then it would be possible to cover the background to the invasion and occupation, what happened during the occupation, and the recovery of Manipur during the First Anglo-Burmese War. There has been a red link to Manipur Levy in various places.
