"good/evil"[edit]

There is no "evil blade" of any sort in the game at all. Contrarily, the main goal of the game is to wield the "Sword of Light" (Sword of the Moon Goddess) against evil. Ironic.

Does the game ever even reference the "good" sword as the 'sword of light'? If it is the "sword of the Moon Goddess" the 'Moon' seems associated enough with 'darkness' to me. Darkness doesn't have to mean evil, this seems like an assumption on the author of that footnote. 67.5.157.166 04:23, 16 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]


I agree that darkness doesn't necessarily carry overtones of evil but within the context of the game (you are fighting on behalf of the moon goddess ,Ianna a goddess of Light against Ahriman(Angra Mainyu) the lord of darkness and chaos) it does seem like a contrary alternate title.
