Issues Tag[edit]

I have made some changes to the Severfield page and propose removing the issue tags. I seek comment.

The content subject to the tag was not mine and I have no affiliation or conflicts of interest relating to the firm the subject of the article. I live in the same general locality as the firm's headquarters but that is the direct or indirect end of it.

The four issue tags seemed to have been properly applied and I have sought to remedy in each case:-

1. Lack of citations. I have provided citations for the present content.

2. Reliance on primary sources. There is still inevitably some reference to primary sources but where possible I have also identified secondary sources.

3. Short lead section. I have replaced the lead section with one that hopefully makes useful summary and introductory points backed by references.

4. Intricate detail. I have removed the long list of projects and instead provided a gallery of a sample of projects with citations. The list of projects turned out to include a number which were ambiguous, non notable (without own pages), repetitious, or relating only to a small project at a larger building. It was a list that could have gone into another page if it had merit for inclusion as a list which I doubt. The list itself had no citations and appeared to have been copied from some sort of internal database at the firm itself which raised copyright and commercial confidentiality concerns also.

If nobody has any issues I will remove the issue tags on Monday 2nd May. Ed1964 (talk) 15:21, 26 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Safety AFR numbers[edit]

It would be really great if someone with BCSA industry aggregate AFR numbers could publish them, and add them to the page.Ed1964 (talk) 21:07, 2 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
