Accuracy check[edit]

The development of both primary and secondary sexual characteristics is controled by sex hormones after the initial fetal stage where the presence or absence of the Y-chromosome and/or the SRY gene determine development.

I'm not at all sure this is a complete enough description not to be misleading. Someone should research, source, and/or expand this. -- Beland 05:49, 16 August 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Incorrect language[edit]
