Did the NPC formed and recognized or not? Background section is unclear on this. If created, what is it called?
"and Doctor" No need to capitalise doctor here.
"He trained with coach Vincent Cedras and the national team coach as part of his preparation for the Paralympics and Cedras said the possibility of Charles winning a medal was unrealistic due to the lack of intensive training, "We will be facing people who live and breathe javelin, the best from across the world but you never know in sports what can happen. We might get lucky."" This is a run-on sentence.
" men's Javelin F56–57 " DOn't capitalise javelin here.
