The two are used interchangeably elsewhere. The transliteration from Arabic script to Latin script can result in either a single or double s. Stuck with Hassan, but noted that it is sometimes spelled Hasan. Plandu (talk) 17:38, 12 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]
