Difficult to understand sentence in the lede[edit]

"As of the 2020 census, the city had a total population of 11,235,086, with 6,230,709 in the built-up (or metro) area comprising all urban districts but Jingxing not agglomerated and Zhengding county largely conurbated with the Shijiazhuang metropolitan area as urbanization continues to proliferate."

This sentence seems quite difficult to understand. It sounds as though it's saying Jingxing and Zhending are excluded from the metro area total, but all the additional material there makes it very hard to follow, and seems odd to write at all given that the list of administrative divisions later in the article does not list Jingxing or Zhending as urban districts. I would rewrite it myself, but I am not familiar enough with Shijiazhuang to be sure what this sentence is trying to say. Heimstern Läufer (talk) 08:33, 17 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
