Cleanup needed[edit]

This article needs some work. Aspects of the tone are improper, the bibliography needs reformatting, and general wikification would be helpful.

My understanding is that this topic is currently quite significant as case law that could impact the legality of, for example, border adjustments for carbon dioxide under any scheme to reduce the impact of climate change. If so, I hope that an international law expert comes out of the woodwork to contribute. shultzc (talk) 03:21, 11 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I'm doing my masters in international law, there are misleading remarks in this article. in face some conclusions by the author are just flat out wrong. it's worrying. will contribute after my thesis. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 92.157.128.38 (talk) 16:33, 21 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Is there a WTO dispute number relating to this case. I can find a couple on shrimps - but summaries don't seem to mention turtles, list is here: https://www.wto.org/english/tratop_e/dispu_e/dispu_status_e.htm
