Track 11, reverting name back to "Cooldown the pace" (from "cooldown the place")

Shows "we have a new track out called 'Cool Down The Pace' look out for it..." on the front page, but about 20% of sites with track listings show it erroneously as 'Cool Down The Place"

Image:Mattafix.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use.
