Tagging for rewrite[edit]

I have tagged this for rewrite by someone who knows the subject better than I do. There are multiple issues of POV, the tone in which the article addresses the reader directly, and the lack of citations - the 'Political History' section seems to be attributed in the body text to 'Source: Mr. FORTUNATO O. AHAT, Retired School Principal, Sikatuna Central Elementary School.', rather than any verifiable, published source. Carminowe of Hendra (talk) 22:31, 10 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
