Sikkim Manipal University of Health, Medical & Technological Sciences The Sikkim Manipal University of Health, Medical and Technological Sciences was established in 1995. It is the first government-private initiative in the region. SMU is recognized by the University Grants Commission and approved by the Government of India. Sikkim Manipal University offers quality education to the students from North and North Eastern parts of India.

Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology (SMIT) was established in 1997 and is a constituent college of Sikkim Manipal University. The engineering college has its own campus at Majitar, Rangpo, near the West Bengal and Sikkim border.

Sikkim Manipal Institute of Medical Sciences SMIMS is a constituent college of the Sikkim Manipal University (SMU). SMU is a unique private - government partnership in the field of higher education between the Manipal Group and the Government of Sikkim. The Sikkim Manipal Institute of Medical Sciences (SMIMS) is a constituent college of the Sikkim Manipal University (SMU)., established with the mission of providing "Global leadership in human development, excellence in education and healthcare

This article reads mostly like a brochure or catalogue for this school. (I checked the official site, and some of it is copyed from the site.)

Merge SMU Bangalore and this article[edit]

They seem to be the same university and located in Sikkim, not in Bangalore. MPGuy2824 (talk) 04:09, 22 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
