I just added it to the top of the article - I don't think we need a whole disambiguation page (yet). Dreamyshade 09:12, 18 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Simpy.com website still exists but seems a bit broken. Their last blog update was 24/09/2008, it mentions a 10min break... -YCC 15:37, 6 February 2010 (UTC) —Preceding unsigned comment added by Cy21 (talkcontribs)

I noticed that simpy.com redirects to Reuters.com. Combining that with what the original developer wrote a while ago, it might be closed down. Migrating from Simpy to Delicious Bookmarks: Google or Delicious or? (see the comments)

I recall there was a mailing list for Simpy on Yahoo Group.

This Wikipedia article currently suggests that Simpy is independent, but it seems that that has not been the case for the last few years.

Hope you don't mind, Tomos, but I corrected what I took to be a typo (simply.com -> simpy.com) in the first sentence.

I'm seeing the same redirection. Yes, there was (and still is) a Yahoogroup for Simpy. You can find it at this url:

http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/simpy-user/

Otis seems to be a nice enough guy, so if you posted to the group and asked him to write about the closing of Simpy, you might be able to get a verifiable source, allowing you to mention what we can all see with our own eyes without running afoul of the independent research policy. His company blog was on the simpy.com domain, and vanished along with all of the user accounts, so this might be the only way of getting that source.
