Name change and preserving historical content[edit]

There is a problem with renaming every instance of SIM or UniSIM with SUSS. Wikipedia is supposed to preserve historical data and this needs to be carefully done. Some of the department names for example [UniSIM Centre for Chinese Studies have not yet changed. We are not supposed to change it unless reliable sources indicate it as well. --Lemongirl942 (talk) 11:22, 18 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

@Officer781: Sorry for the wholesale revert (and the current revert). I will implementing all of your changes as well, but am trying to do it in a way so as to preserve the historical content and references. Okay. Will leave it up to you now. Some things like "private" were wholesale changed to "autonomous" like in the 2005 section without regard that it now sounds unintelligible. So I was kind of bothered by that.--Officer781 (talk) 12:38, 18 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
