Considerations[edit]

Number of cells to be analysed[edit]

These numbers are pulled out of thin air with no source given, and give a false impression of being definitive. It is next to impossible to give general guidelines of how many cells should be sequenced, as this is entirely dependent on the technology being used and the research question being asked, and could vary from tens of cells to millions. This section should be substantially revised and updated, if not eliminated.
