Highlighting the Epic of Gilgamesh Sippar tablet?[edit]

I think this article should highlight one of the most famous cuneiform tablets discovered there, namely the "Sippar tablet" from the Epic of Gilgamesh. This tablet contains information missing from the later Akkadian version and represents a critical element of the older (Old Babylonian) version of the Epic. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Wiki-proofer-and-tagger (talkcontribs) 22:47, 9 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Si.427[edit]

FYI, there is some talk at Wikipedia:Articles_for_deletion/Si.427 of moving information about that tablet into the archeology section here. Danstronger (talk) 16:49, 10 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]
