Image:Sixth-floor-museum-logo.gif is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. Photos?

Biased or weazel words?

Hi, I've just been watching a doco about the shooting and so flicked over to a few Wikipedia articles to learn more. When I got to this page I was suprised to find in the lead paragraph this phrase; 'Lee Harvey Oswald supposedly shot Kennedy.'

There is no doubt form any other source or Wikipedia article that Oswald shot Kennedy. There are conspiracy theories about a second or third shooter, but Oswald did fire some shots. Personally, I don't believe the conspiracy theories; Oswald was the killer. However that has no bearing on my comment. The phrase, 'Lee Harvey Oswald supposedly shot Kennedy', to me introduces a bias that is not warranted. It is a type of weasel words that try and shift and influence the readers perspective towards an agenda set by the editor who wrote them into this Wikipedia article. I think they should be removed. Oswald was killed before he could be brought to trial, so he remains the alleged killer of Kennedy. This is how the law works. These are not weasel words. It's the factual truth. --Crunch (talk) 23:44, 4 October 2011 (UTC)
