U.S.A. Centrism

This article discusses its topic solely in how it relates to the United States. This would be acceptable IF it could be cited that the measure of Skylers per thousand people within the U.S. out ranked the next two or three countries' measure of Skylers per thousand combined. The centrism is similar to how the doughnut article only discusses the history there-of in terms of their introduction to the U.S. It might be handy to discuss not just how the name was introduced to the U.S.A. but also how the name similarly was spread to other countries that use this name.
