Outland[edit]

Sleeper ships are also used in the movie "Outland", starring Sean Connery. The movie takes place on one of the moons of Jupiter (or possibly Saturn), thus we're talking interplanetary travel.--Peter Knutsen 03:31, 10 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Deepwater Black[edit]

Technically the twin ships from Ken Catran's Deepwater Black series are sleeper ships, because they have cryogenic sleeping capsules that are used during the story. They aren't heavily explained, just that they have Martian rain crystal (some kind of heavily reinforced glass-like substance) coverings. Should probably be mentioned in the examples. - NemFX 03:17, 20 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Planet of the Apes[edit]

The ship found in Planet of the Apes should be in the list. Ran4 05:35, 29 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Civilization Series[edit]

It's very popular, and one of the methods of victory is to construct as sleeper ship. I think it is important enough to note. 76.20.40.198 (talk) 14:34, 14 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]
