Anti venom is made my milking the desired spider, snake or insect. So if you are bitten by a snake, then they will give you snake anti venom. If you are bitten by a spider, they will give you spider anti venom. Spider anti venom will not do much if you have been bitten by a snake.

So they milk the venom out of the desired,dilute it, and then put it into your body to help the body fight against the venom. You may think that it is weird putting more venom into your body to kill the venom, but it works.

Duplication with Antivenom[edit]

Can we just remove "type" section on this article as it is duplication of snake part on "availability" section on antivenom page and just put link to antivenom page? Ckfasdf (talk) 13:14, 20 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
