Where is Verso ( CLarent ). Clarent was the pioneer of distributed softswitch architecture.

CommWorks (formerly US Robotics, and now UT Starcom) published the first 3-tier softswitch architecture that was later referenced by Yankee Group. Yankee gave credit to CommWorks in their article. This model was then adopted by the International SoftSwitch Consortium and the Multi-Switching Forum.

Proposed content merger from feature server as part of the Notability wikiproject[edit]

The result was merge into Softswitch. --Futurano 20:57, 18 May 2007 (UTC) Feature server is an orphaned non-referenced underdeveloped article where even title is dubious. However, it is a simply-written piece of information describing softswitch, i.e. this article. Why don't we merge them instead of developing the former? --Futurano 12:36, 6 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
