copy + paste[edit]

the current version seems a copy + paste from: [1] and [2]. But the website says: "© Copyright 2009 Office of the Solicitor General. All rights reserved." Can someone point me to the permission to use the text ? ----Erkan Yilmaz 07:42, 13 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
