About last Ammendment[edit]

The most recent was in 1988. This statement is wrongfull. I dont think that the last ammendment to the SC Constitution was at 1988 because a few years ago they constitutionaly banned same-sex marriages. 46.70.192.17 (talk) 16:25, 1 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
