The old South Devon Railway page is causing confusion. If you check What links here, you will notice that, apart from lots of pages using the British heritage railways template, the majority of the links are expecting to find a page about the historical South Devon Railway Company - the one built by Brunel from Exeter to Plymouth back in the 1840s. The name South Devon Railway only came to be used by the heritage line to Buckfastleigh in 1991.

I therefore support the move to merge that page into this South Devon Railway Trust page, this will allow a disambiguation of the two very different railways.Geof Sheppard 07:17, 26 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Notable incident?[edit]

Is this sufficiently notable to warrant an "Incidents" section? Child almost falls through floor of moving train in Devon (BBC). No one injured but RAIB and ORR investigations in progress... Robevans123 (talk) 16:26, 10 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]
