Countdown Round Question[edit]

I have a question that's been bothering me lately. I'll play out the situation as best I can. Going into the Countdown Round, Marvin has $255 and needs 5 answers to win. He gets those 5 answers and picks up a total for the front game of $1570. How much money does one get in the Countdown Round and add it to their score going in to make up their final total in the front game? Maple Leaf fan '04 15:42, 30 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I think I may have figured it out after seeing a clip of it again. I believe it's the money the champion has accumulated over his/her appearances that make up the kind of total shown above. Maple Leaf fan '04 15:48, 30 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

To be honest, I was wondering about that myself (I watched the episode on PageOClips.com).. That's the only conclusion I could draw; that it was the total of all five front game victories. Professor2789 22:03, 15 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

9 Episodes of 70's-era "Split Second" exist at the UCLA[edit]

2023 Bonus Round[edit]
