Image copyright problem with Image:NDP Song Reach out for the Sky 05.jpg

The image Image:NDP Song Reach out for the Sky 05.jpg is used in this article under a claim of fair use, but it does not have an adequate explanation for why it meets the requirements for such images when used here. "Popular sports include Supercar Motorsports" - The link is to a company selling these rides. It doesn't seem that popular to me and looks like part of the advert in the next section (see below). Perhaps it should be deleted. The "Supercars" section seems to be part of this and is described like an advertisement. I will go ahead and delete this section.
