This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because... (He is a leading Professor and Vice Chancellor of a National Law University working consistently to improve access to justice to people of Odisha. He has been appointed by the Government of Odisha with a mandate to improve legal literacy in Odisha, a developing state known for decades of under-development. If other VCs of National University have Wikipedia biographies, I strongly believe that Prof Srikrishna Deva Rao should be there in wikipedia)
