wave dominated barrier estuary[edit]

This means nothing to the layperson. I went to the links and found no explaination at all of what this term means. I found out what "waves" are, and what "estuaries" are, but not what a "wave dominated barrier estuary" is. I removed the phrase. If you know what this term means, but a small sentence in the intro that explains it to the non-expert.Nick Beeson (talk) 13:27, 3 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]
