Untitled[edit]

I made this, talk to me before deleting it, it has precedent for existence. Also, I'm not part of the group, but I do go to Stanford and sing in a different group there. Just for full disclosure.Jairuscobb 09:30, 3 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Baba Yetu[edit]

They sang Baba Yetu, which was nominated for a Grammy. Does that not make them notable enough for their own Wikipedia page? 124.168.79.42 (talk) 04:51, 13 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Was their performance nominated? It seems it was a former member of Talisman, Christopher Tin '98, who won for his particular arrangement of the song in 2011. http://www.stanforddaily.com/2011/02/15/stanford-alumnus-wins-grammy/ BTW someone should definitely add a short bit about him to the article and possibly on other famous alumni of Talisman (assuming they can be documented). --Erp (talk) 05:13, 13 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]

list of current members[edit]

I dropped the list of members since that is information easily (and more accurately) accessible on the group's web site. It might be useful to have a description of the group's typical size and types of voices and how often they perform. Also add any members or former members who are famous especially if in music. --Erp (talk) 05:49, 13 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]
