Enterprise is the only series I haven't watched but I'll be happy to review this JAGUAR  22:16, 6 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Initial comments[edit]

  • The lead summarises the article well and I couldn't find any prose issues with it, although I would have questioned the sentence regarding introducing the Romulans into the Star Trek franchise as it sounds like it was their actual first appearence...
  • I've switched around that sentence to make it clearer that it was the first appearance in the timeline rather than just their first appearance. Miyagawa (talk) 17:52, 8 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]
  • Can a little more be added to the Plot overview section? Did anything significant happen in this season or did it not have a single story-arc?
  • There was no single story arc for the season, they were literally all bottle shows with the exception of the damage caused in "Minefield" leading into the following episode. Even the Temporal Cold War wasn't really touched upon much. Miyagawa (talk) 17:52, 8 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]
  • LeVar Burton is linked twice in the Episodes section
  • "Production on the second season of Enterprise began on June 24, 2004" - but it aired between 2002-2003?
  • Thanks, that should have been 2002, not 2004. Miyagawa (talk) 17:52, 8 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]
  • LeVar Burton playing Geordi LaForge is not mentioned in the Production section whereas Roxanne Dawson is?
  • That is a fair point. Put that thought on hold and I'll find a source and add it. Miyagawa (talk) 17:52, 8 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]
  • "The season opened with Nielsen rating]s" - typo
  • "But the series didn't win any of the awards it was nominated for" - sounds a bit informal, might sound better as However, the series did not win any of the awards it was nominated for
  • Thanks, I've replaced with your suggested wording. Miyagawa (talk) 17:52, 8 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]

On hold[edit]

This is overall a very well written article that almost meets the GA criteria. All of the points I mentioned above were minor and shouldn't take too long to clarify, so this should be good to go once they're addressed. Thanks! JAGUAR  15:27, 8 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks, I just need to add some LeVar Burton stuff - once I have I'll add a further comment here to say it has been done. Miyagawa (talk) 17:52, 8 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Ok, I've added Burton - I also swapped out the image of Patrick Stewart for an actual on set photo that we can use courtesy of NASA. Miyagawa (talk) 18:08, 8 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Close - promoted[edit]

Sounds like half of The Next Generation if this season were all bottle shows! I thought about watching Enterprise but I don't think anything can beat the epic-ness of the Dominion War... anyway this article is looking good, the prose is well written and now those minor details have been added it now passes the comprehensiveness part of the criteria. Well done JAGUAR  21:35, 8 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]
