Stephen Davies (athlete)[edit]

I don't see how Stephen Davies (athlete) is notable. WP:DABRL also says that "Do not create red links to articles that are unlikely ever to be written, or are likely to be removed as insufficiently notable topics." He participated in the 2006 European Athletics Championships and finished 23rd (7th worst) and did not qualify for the finals. He does not meet the WP:GNG nor WP:NTRACK ("Finished top 8 in a competition at the highest level outside of the Olympic games and world championships)."
