Causal statement with no support

The lead paragraph says the destructive "burning platform" memo, which collapsed Nokia's handset business. It is doubtful the memo was the cause of the collapse. I would conjecture that the collapse was due to people rushing away from feature phones and toward smartphones (as the data suggests). Even if that seems apparent at this date, the article could be cleaned up so it doesn't make it seem like the memo itself destroyed the business. 128.187.112.10 (talk) 18:23, 21 June 2016 (UTC)
