Did Steve Duchesne ever live in the Virgin Islands ?[edit]

I trying to find a former tenant on my family's Mahogany tree farm. The person I am looking for is a retired French Canadian hockey player. He served my mother dinner using our wood. This was a potential use for it which we had not thought to commercialize. My late father had done the same but taken the flavor for granted. If this is the right person I would like to discuss that.
