Please advise of specific needs for improvement[edit]

You state that article 'may have' issues with editing, tone, etc. As a professional writer and editor, I believe I have addressed these issues, so please advise of specific issues that you feel remain. The other comment that was included is the article is not linked to by other works; how can an article that doesn't yet exist be linked to? Is there a way to approve with minor reservations? If so, I would like to go ahead on that track.

The following articles are now all linked to your article, Charlie Brumfield, Marty Hogan, Scott Hirsch, racquetball and four wall paddleball. I hope that solves the problem. I can't see the editing issues either but have limited Wiki experience. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 108.74.21.174 (talk) 01:09, 31 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Acknowledged that the article has been created[edit]

Thanks for that. I will see that the problem of few referrals from other Wiki articles is solved, obviously until the article was created there would be no references. Not a problem. I see a few minor editing cleanups, and I shall add images, but I don't find any problems with style or tone or editing or formatting or anything else. I would like to know what specifically the reviewer is still concerned about from an editing perspective.

I am a professional writer and editor (bwrightworks.com) with 30 years of experience, so I know how to resolve editing issues. As for tone, I believe I have treated the subject appropriately: Keeley is an extreme individualist and adventurer. It's necessary to include a substantial number of his concrete experiences--most of which have been documented in Web sources, and I've provided copious references--which may make the article seem anecdotal. But that's the nature of the beast.

Please whoever made the comment that there are multiple issues either withdraw the box or be specific and we can discuss your concerns. As I stated, I shall be adding the images in the next few days, and taking care of some nits. Thanks, Brian Wright (bwisok) Bwisok (talk) 18:45, 27 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Please someone talk to me[edit]

I'd like to at least have the 'needs editing' comment removed, because the article has already been edited, also please remove the 'needs quality improved' comment, because, although not complete--I'll be adding images and links shortly--the quality is at a very high level right now. Unless, there's something I missed. Please whoever makes these comments let me know your specific issues, and I'll be happy to take care of them.Bwisok (talk) 15:32, 28 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Steve, Jan Pasternak here. I just read your book on Women Racquetball Pioneers. I found out about it through a friend last week. It was fun to go back in time. You did a really good job on it. I hope you're doing well and thanks again for taking the time to write about us. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 98.195.71.2 (talk) 23:20, 11 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Any Chance of Revising the Grade?[edit]

That is to say, upward. I've incorporated all the changes recommended and done some editing to make the article more encyclopedic. However, due to the uniqueness of the individual, some hyperbole is understandable. What is it Muhammed Ali said, "It isn't bragging if it's true."? But I've tried to at least mitigate the tone to make it more third person and objective, and will continue to tone it down a bit as time goes on. How about an A-?
